Cheshire Woodcraft LLC of Cheshire, Connecticut have been in business since 1971. Located in beautiful New England, Cheshire Woodcraft has established a reputation of paying attention to detail. This ensures that you will be satisfied in every way. Our goal is to please the customer whether it be a kitchen or bath, a remodeling job, or making custom furniture. Any design, build, or project we undertake we do with pride. The same pride that our employees have in contemporary projects carries over into refinishing antiques. Our craftsmen are able to repair and restore antiques the way they were made hundreds of years ago. 99% of our customer base is referral. This makes a strong foundation for our business. OUR TEAM

Paul Smedberg, Owner and Master Craftsman,  has been providing his cabinetry and remodeling skills to the Cheshire area for the past 25+ years. He has been designing, hand crafting, and manufacturing all types of cabinets, kitchens, baths, entertainment centers, and millwork, etc. Paul has designed cabinet layouts for restaurants, commercial buildings and residences.  He is active in the Cheshire Fire Department and his local church. He is a hands on individual and teaches others how to handcraft pieces of wood into unique designs and cabinet pieces. He is always available to help someone learn and understand the cabinet trade.
